Frequently Asked Questions
Since our opening in 2005 we have answered thousands of questions. While we certainly can’t list them all here we have done our best to share the most frequently asked questions. Tuition is due the week prior to the first week of the new month. It is our policy to have tuition paid via a direct deposit from your major credit or debit card or through ACH from your bank. We debit all family accounts on the first day of the new month. We request that if you will not be continuing in a class that you give us 30 days notice so we can remove you from the direct debit process.
We do not offer a “free trial”. It is our policy that if for any reason, after the first week of class, our program is just not a fit for your child, we will refund 100% of your tuition and membership fee.
For Boys and Girls they may wear tucked in t-shirts and shorts. Most girls wear leotards. We ask that you do not wear clothing that has buttons, zippers or grommets as they can tear the equipment. We also do not allow gum or jewelry. Girls hair should be pulled neatly back and away from the face so it stays up for the entire class.
Yes, all of our birthday party times are for one family party. We do not have more than one party during your reserved time. You will enjoy the facility all to yourself during your reserved time.
Yes. You may bring food and beverages for your party.
Yes, we offer a sibling discount of 10% for each additional child that is enrolled.
