Get Fit for Adults
USGA’s Get Fit Program uses techniques from Muay Thai and Jeet Kune Do for the optimum, morning cardio work-out. This is the perfect 45 minute class to get your blood pumping before your full daily schedule begins.
The program will build confidence and core workout through partner drills. Bring your friends and build your endurance. Our goal is to provide and environment where our members can develop self-confidence, develop their physical abilities and gain skills that will promote personal achievement.
- Punch cards are available at the gym
Classes are offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Advanced notice for attendence is required in order to make sure that we have staff scheduled for the classes
